Process
Before the lesson: • The teacher introduced the book to the students and asked them to do a little research on the author's life. • She also asked them to choose one of the short stories from the book to read together with one of their family members. • The pupils and their parents read the story at home and recorded a video illustrating their work. In class: • In the next class, students presented their research in class and together they built a digital storyboard about the life of the writer Aquilino Ribeiro, in the Tour Builder application. • Later, each student presented to their classmates the video with their work and explained to their classmates the steps of the work and commented on their experience. • The other students of the class made a critical appreciation of their colleagues' work and asked questions about the book.
